Celebrities are constantly hooking up, and it’s mostly because they can. True, they’re usually very busy. But, if we’re all being honest with ourselves, so much of their work technically falls within the social sphere, that the line between “work” and “play” is constantly blurred. So, with all of that free-ish time on their hands, they wear unimaginably expensive outfits and go on dates with each other. (Killing two birds with one stone!)
Usually, it works out just fine. By that, we don’t mean that every coupling ends in a whirlwind romance. We just mean that nothing goes on that would make you grossed out to hear about. But, occasionally, things get weird. Much too often, older celebrity guys prey on very young celebrity women. But, to even the playing field, we’ve found eight older celebrity women who have dated teenagers themselves. It wasn’t always illegal, but it sure was odd.
Taylor Swift
#Haylor, as the couple horribly became known, upset One Direction for lots of reasons. We're not sure that any of them were because she was 23 at the time that they began dating, whereas Harry was only 18. But it should've been.

Taylor Swift (again)
Taylor Swift, Queen of Making Herself Appear Romantically Vulnerable, sort of threw the world a curveball, when she began dating, not only a member of the well-known Kennedy family, but an 18-year-old one at that.
In 2012, 22-year-old Taylor and Conor Kennedy had a quick summer fling, that was, oddly enough, hooked up by his own mother.

Taylor Swift (...yet, again)
Taylor and Taylor (LOL, that never gets old) Lautner met on the 2009 set of Valentine's Day, when Taylor was 20 and Other Taylor was only 17. They eventually broke up, which could've been predicted, based on the fact that she was dating a high school-aged guy. R.I.P. Taylor-Squared.

Selena Gomez
To be fair, at 18 years old, Selena was but a teenager herself when she and Justin Bieber first embarked on their ill-fated romance in 2010. However, although the couple is separated by only two years, the fact that he was only 16 skewed things a little on the illegal side.

Ellie Goulding
While Ellie denies ever having a relationship with Ed Sheeran, she fully admits to her romance with Ed's rumored former rival, Niall Horan. It's just weird because, in 2013, Niall was a mere 19, while Ellie, who is seven years older than him, was 26 when they started "dating."

Delta Goodrem
Delta was already pushing 30 (or, at least, just three years shy of it) when 19-year-old Nick Jonas came a-knockin' and she let him in. The couple ended up lasting from 2011 to 2012, even amidst rumors that it was all for press.

Caroline Flack
Caroline should have expected to receive some heat for dating Harry Styles, the heartthrob to end all heartthrobs, in 2011. However, it was made even worse due to the fact that, at 32 years old, she could have literally been the 17 year-old's mom. A young mom, but a mom nonetheless.

Sam Taylor-Johnson
With a 23-year age difference between them, there's no wonder why they continue to raise eyebrows, even 3 years after they officially tied the knot. But before marriage and two kids, the pair met in 2009 on their shared film set, when she directed him in Nowhere Boy. FYI, he was 19 when they got engaged.
