It’s like Abduction all over again! Just days before the release of his new movie — Tracers, available exclusively on DirecTV January 22 — Taylor Lautner and his girlfriend of over a year/Tracers co-star, Marie Avgeropoulos, have called it quits, marking the first celebrity breakup (that we care about, anyway) of 2015. Pretty reminiscent of his split with Lily Collins, which also within days of their film premiere.
According to E! News, Taylor and Marie, who’ve been dating since June 2013, broke up a couple months ago (okay, so that was before 2015, but word only just got out now!); “it was completely amicable.” So far, no reason has been given for the split. As of right now, “Taylor is dating and having fun. Nothing serious.”
This news comes a month after the 22-year-old actor was spotted at a gay club with Andrew Christian model Murray Swanby. The incident caused an Internet uproar, and the resurgence of those homosexual rumors that have plagued that star since his Twilight days.
